In all but the most rural of areas of Thailand it is possible to find familiar Western food products. Obviously in the more tourist oriented areas you will find western restaurants and stores that carry international forms of cuisine very easily.
Be aware though when purchasing western style foods in the supermarket or grocery store, that local Thai produced brands will seldom taste the same as back home. Thai’s use sugar in almost everything, so even white bread will taste sweet. Ketchup and mayonnaise will usually taste much different. Purchasing name brand imported goods is the only way to get the true taste you are familiar with, but this can be extremely expensive.
