There is a lot of frustration and stress in the World these days. Many people live out their frustrations and anxieties through the Internet and it has become a platform where people can comment whatever the h*** they want without significant consequence and not care about the affect it has on the people they direct comments to. The trolls have a psychological and emotional need to make others feel bad to bolster their opinion and feelings about themselves.

Their ability to randomly hurt those they don’t even know comes from their lack of connection to humanity in general. YouTube is a good example of this where people, who might be normal straightforward individuals in real life, can swear, love, hate or even directly insult other people to make them feel better about themselves. I, for one, do not care about such comments because there will always be haters no matter what you do. The best advice is to pity or laugh at them but NEVER take them seriously!
What generally happens is that when you are on the way to success, and this can be applied to any successful endeavor, people become jealous and donโt like your success and will voice their personal pain through hate. They will even go as far as creating different accounts to pursue and inflict their hatred upon others.

If you are a pursuing your dreams in life my advice to you is that you should keep working to achieve your goals. It’s always better to remove the comment and if necessary block the person, if he or she keeps pursuing their agenda of hate and it’s better not to comment back because that’s what feeds their aggression and ego.
As the World becomes more turbulent and peoples live’s more stressful, you’ll notice more and more “hate comments” appearing in the comment section of each videos posted on platforms like YouTube. Sometimes, these comments can be by the same person. Things might even escalate, as your channel builds views and subscribers, which makes the trolls grow more jealous.
Remember, there’s always an option!
So how can you deal with a person who continues to attack your YouTube growth? Check out the video for my advice but here is some tips and some advice.
1 Ignore the comments. Sometimes, people will say things just so that they can get a laugh when you finally give in to their hatred. Don’t swallow the hook! Most of the time, haters are jealous because they can’t do what you are able to accomplish. Ignore the bait and just keep doing what you were doing.
2 Use their hatred as a “stimulus.” What I mean by this is use their criticisms as a way to get even better at making your videos. Note though that some viewers have legitimate criticisms so listen first to what they have a problem with. Maybe people will think that your video quality is bad. If so then think about upgrading it. If, after making strides to improve, they still find something to tease you about, they’re just trying to get under your skin.
3 Avoid taking it personally. Just because some people think your growth is a lie doesn’t mean you have to believe them. This is just their MO. Usually their whole goal is to try to make you feel bad. It might be hard but try not to give in to their own personal insecurities that are being directed towards you.
4 Eliminate your interactions with the hater if they continue or escalate their actions. This means that you should try not to address the haters or their comments if he or she decides to continue.
Also, beware that even though you might feel the nerve to type something negative right back at the hater, this is not very productive. It only raises tension between you and the user and many times their goal to start with.
5 Block the User. Don’t waste your time and energy on these losers!
6 Another spiritually enlightened option is to let them rant on, even if it is hatred. Understanding that their hatred isn’t really directed towards you! They are just flawed in the way that they are going about fulfilling their emotional needs. Sometimes, the things that others say are really what they feel about themselves and that they really want to have someone along side them.
Anyways I am sure these trolls aren’t going away anytime soon and we can only hope they listen or read and think to themselves, “there’s ALWAYS an option to meeting my emotional needs”!
