One of the great things about living in Thailand is the Thai food. The Thai cuisine is some of the best in the world. Thai pizza isn’t some of the best in the world though. And although I feel a Thai fusion of western food and Thai inspiration sometimes creates some magical blends of flavors, what I tried today wasn’t one of those times!

So as a Farang (foreigner) I am an aberration when it comes to loving the pungent Thai durian. When it comes to combining Thailand’s famed fruit, durian, with other flavors sometimes in my opinion, it just doesn’t work. Today was one of those times.
